Whitefish Winter Carnival - A Flathead Tradition
The annual Whitefish Winter Carnival is this weekend. Although the pre-carnival preparations have been going on for weeks, including crowning the new King and Queen, SkiJoring competition and other events, it all comes together this weekend.
Tomorrow, February 2nd the Kiddie Carnival kicks things off, Penguin Plunge, St. Charles Pie Social, the Grand Parade at 3:00 pm, and Blackstar Beer Barter (after the parade), Torchlight Parade and Fireworks in the evening on top of Whitefish Mountain.
